I called Eagle AC at 4 PM when our AC went out, and within an hour they had someone at our house working on the unit. Beyond the quick response, their team is always kind, knowledgeable, and professional. First off, I learned a long time ago that customer service isn’t a department it’s an attitude. Josh and his staff today were a shining example of what customer service is all about.  They arrived on time with an army of personnel, each with their assigned duties. Before lunch they had our old system (2 of them) removed and started the installation of our new system.  I am not sure how they did all the work in our attic with the 100 degree temperature outside but before the end of the day our new system was installed.  Josh explained the app to us and before we realized the system was running and cooling our house, the system was that quiet.   What two independent systems use to cool is now done with one efficient system that independently controls three different zones in our home.  Hats off to Eagle AC and their staff. Josh visited today and took care of a problem that I had with my A/C. He agreed to never tell anyone (i.e. my wife) that I forgot to turn the breaker back on so my thermostat would have power!  Needless to say, he helped me very quickly.

After being lied to and overpaying two other A/C Companies, the very worst being Foulk’$ $outhern Air ! They quoted over $1600 to just put in refrigerant, without replacing the leaking coils. And 7 months earlier I signed a maintenance contract with them which I will lose that as well because I will not allow any of their commissioned sales team to return.
Second company Airsmiths charged $684 and only put in refrigerant without fixing the leak either. Neither company tried to fix the problem and replace the leaking coil.

Eagle AC were wonderful.  Called on a Friday about 11:30 hoping to set up service for the following week.  They answered the phone, were very friendly and told me someone would be out that afternoon to work on our Air conditioning.  Received a text message with a 3hr window followed by one saying they were in route to my home.  Technician was here and diagnosed the issue before I finished my 1.5hr commute.  They had the issue repaired within 2.5 hrs of my original call.  My wife said how nice they were.
They have 3 repairs to our system over the years. They are always responsive, quickly identify the part which failed and replace it. Every technician is nice, friendly and treat my curious children with patience and are kind to them.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL CONTINUE TO CALL THEM FIRST FOR ANY HVAC ISSUES!

Interesting time dealing with these folks. My compressor failed, it had a manufacturer warranty on it so I called eagle who installed it. They made it very easy by contacting the manufacturer and getting the new compressor / installing it.  After that the A/C still wasn’t cooling great, Evan came out and identified there was a part in the system that was technically incorrect and over saturating the evap coil.
